Axoloti has no simple personality. It can impersonate as
- Virtual analog synth
- Virtual analog polysynth/arpeggio
- A multitimbral example of synths and fx:
– the large objects are actually sub-patches!
- Audio effects processor : distortion, chorus, flanger, wah, tremolo, echo, looper:
- Sample slicer:
- Drumcomputer
- Super 808 by Jan Vantomme (this is playing samples from flash, not a modelled 808)
- Acid Groove box
- Drone machine
But most important, enables the creation of your own cross-breeds by recombining elements!
It can interface with a wide variety of potentiometers, buttons, LED’s, sensors/actuators :
